Below you can find answers regarding our formal policy on deliveries and collections. In reality, we are happy to assist with deliveries to gardens, homes, or even marquees in the midst of a field. If you have any uncertainties, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with a message.
How much will delivery and collection cost
We charge 80p per mile for delivery and 80p per mile for collection. For an estimate of your travel costs you can use our calculator on checkout or Google Maps with TS27 3JW or DL9 3NQ as the endpoint (whichever is closest). This can vary slightly however it will be shown clearly on orders.
Depending on the order value this can reduce. For an exact price please contact us.
When do you deliver
Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are possible by prior agreement.
Where do you deliver
We will deliver anywhere within the North East of England, North Yorkshire and surrounding areas, but please contact us if you require delivery further afield. Prices are quoted for door-to-door service by a single driver to a ground floor entrance with easy access. If access is restricted please contact us.
Can we deliver direct to your venue
Yes we deliver direct to venues and would typically drop off the day before.
Can items be delivered upstairs
If there is an adequate lift then delivery and collection upstairs are possible by prior agreement.
