Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver anywhere within the North East of England, but please contact us if you require delivery further afield.
How much is delivery and collection?
We charge 80p per mile for delivery and 80p per mile for collection. For an estimate of your travel costs you can use our calculator on checkout or Google Maps with TS27 3JW as the endpoint.
Do you deliver and collect direct to our venue?
We are happy to deliver to the location most convenient for you.
What happens if you break an item?
Any replacement costs of breakages, losses or damage will be taken from the deposit and will be charged at cost price.
Do you hire out to any types of events?
We are happy to provide items for any event type.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently you can pay by cheque, cash or BACS.
Can I collect hire items?
We operate a delivery service, however if you would prefer to collect please contact us to arrange a date and time.
When will my deposit be returned?
We will return the deposit once the items have been washed and counted.
When is the deposit required?
We will collect a cash deposit on delivery of the items.
