Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver anywhere within the North East of England, North Yorkshire and surrounding areas, but please contact us if you require delivery further afield.
How much is delivery and collection?
We charge 80p per mile for delivery and 80p per mile for collection. For an estimate of your travel costs you can use our calculator on checkout or Google Maps with TS27 3JW or DL9 3NQ as the endpoint (whichever is closest). This can vary slightly however it will be shown clearly on orders.
Do you deliver and collect direct to our venue?
We are happy to deliver to the location most convenient for you. Typically this would be Monday to Friday however weekends are possible if venues have limited access.
What happens if you break an item?
Any replacement costs of breakages, losses or damage will be charged at current costs. For minor losses, we do not charge.
Do you hire out to any types of events?
We are happy to provide items for any event type.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently, you can pay by cash on delivery or BACS.
Can I collect hire items?
We operate a delivery service, however if you would prefer to collect please contact us to arrange a date and time.
